This might be the tiniest drink / coffee store that I’ve ever seen in Vietnam? Of course we have mobile shops all over the place, but this is an actual work station and they make very tasty drinks out of this super tight space. They sell a few types of drinks at this shop in Nha Trang, coffee, cocoa, matcha, and finally coconut juice based.
These coconut based drinks are fairly new to me, but I believe they are becoming quite popular in Southern Vietnam, which means they will eventually make their way north. You get to pick your toppings, similar to how a boba shop serves milk tea in various flavors with different toppings. I had the Matcha, and also the cocoa with salted cream, and both were absolutely yummy!
This is a trend that I believe will grow quickly as it’s fresh, healthy, and most of all, we have easy access to great and affordable coconuts in Vietnam. I’m already a big fan, thanks to this tiny shop!
