Bobby Bolton jetted out of the UK to travel around the world two years ago and has visited 41 different countries so far.
He left his hometown Wigan behind and set about on his adventure with fiancée Marie.
The tourist travels in his truck and only spends around £35 a day on essentials.
But there is one place that particularly stands out for Bobby, and he revealed the little-known destination to The Sun.
Located in Central Asia and bordering China, Kyrgyzstan proved to be Bobby’s favourite spot.
He told the publication: ‘I would describe Kyrgyzstan as being Switzerland 200 years ago, there’s not a lot of development there but the scenery is fantastic.’
Bobby described the country as having ‘raw beauty’ with endless mountains and impressive landscape to explore.
The country has a population of around seven million residents, and most speak Kyrgyz or Russian, as well as some other languages.

Bobby found Kyrgyzstan to be very affordable to travel in and noted that it’s ‘really cheap’.
He explained: ‘It’s a third of the price in the UK in terms of food and fuel, which is what we spend our money on.’
Though not massively ‘touristy’, Bobby found plenty to do.
‘You can hike up the mountains, swim in the alpine lakes – it’s the best place and it’s really not touristy because there’s no infrastructure,’ he gushed.
The couple even came across local horsemen in the mountains and were invited to join them for a meal.
When Bobby and Marie visited the country last year, he posted a recap of his trip on Instagram account, @one.life.truck.it.
He descried the ‘beautiful scenery’ in the caption and uploaded a clip of what the pair got up to whilst there.
Bobby recommended Son-Kul, an alpine lake in the northern Naryn region, as a good spot to explore.

‘Son-Kul and the surrounding tracks…get it on the list!’ he penned.
Travel expert Mark Porter recently described Kyrgyzstan as the ‘most beautiful country you’ve never heard of’.
He recalled ‘hugely varied’ landscapes with ‘vast walnut and conifer forests and meadows to add to the alpine lakes, snow-capped peaks, turbid rivers and high level jailoos (prairies), where the nomads herd sheep and cattle’.
He added: ‘Kyrgyzstan’s boundaries may have been drawn up in Soviet times but its nomadic beginnings go back to the dawn of mankind and there is no end of prehistoric sites.’
