The unique self-catered accommodation is perched in Isleornsay, a small, largely uninhabited village situated off the west coast of Scotland – accessible only by a 10-minute boat trip.

However, only one lucky person will be in with the chance of securing the four-person stay.
The first person to spot and book the Booking.com listing – which goes live at a random time on Friday, 5 December – will win the trip.
Inspired by Booking.com’s 2026 Travel Prediction, ‘Hushed Hobbies,’ guests will be treated to a curated itinerary that includes birdwatching, seaweed foraging or simply embracing complete serenity away from the hustle and bustle of the mainland.
It comes as a poll of 2,000 adults who celebrate Christmas revealed 24 per cent secretly wish they could disappear from the chaos and go ‘off grid’ during the holidays.
While 55 per cent claimed their ‘ideal’ Christmas this year would be ‘quieter and relaxing’ than normal, a whopping 33 per cent said they would go on holiday just to feel closer to the natural world.
Ryan Pearson, regional manager for UK & Ireland at the online travel agency said: ‘More and more travellers are seeking quiet, meaningful escapes where they can truly switch off and reconnect.
‘It’s a time of year when we often feel overwhelmed, but there’s a real joy to be found in simplicity, stripping the season right back to basics and going remote.’
