Travel and Tour World said: ‘As the world of tourism continues to evolve, family holidays are increasingly prioritised by both travelers and destinations.
‘Greece’s ability to adapt and innovate within this space – by providing safe, enriching, and accessible experiences for families – is a key reason why it continues to top such prestigious lists.’
The award was accepted by a representative from the Greek National Tourism Organisation UK & Ireland Service.
Greece was also recently named Short-Haul Destination of the Year in the 2025 Food and Travel Reader Awards.
The Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO) said the accolade has strengthened Greece’s ‘visibility in the British market and supporting its broader goal of promoting year-round, high-value tourism.’
