Gordon Ramsay to open the UK’s first Hell’s Kitchen restaurant

Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsay is set to open the UK’s first Hell’s Kitchen next year.

Based on his hit TV show of the same name, the Hell’s Kitchen restaurant will open in the Cumberland Hotel in London. 

The new venue will open its doors in Spring 2026 and will bring all the intense theatrics the popular show is known for. 

An open kitchen will show the chefs creating outstanding food in full view of the guests, providing an immersive dining experience. 

Gordon described the new venture as a ‘full circle moment’ and teased ‘new creations’ for diners to enjoy. 

He said: ‘Bringing Hell’s Kitchen to the UK for the first time is an incredible full circle moment. 

‘London is where it all began in 1998, so this feels like a real homecoming. 

‘Hell’s Kitchen is about fire, theatre and bold flavours, and I can’t wait to share the signature dishes guests love alongside new creations, developed especially for London’s diners.’

Known for his shouting, swearing and good food, Gordon is bringing a Hell’s Kitchen restaurant to the Cumberland Hotel in London 

Guests will be able to tuck into a range of of signature favourites and new dishes at Hell’s Kitchen London.

The menu will feature meals including Ramsay’s celebrated Beef Wellington, Seared Scallops and Lobster Risotto.

There will be plenty of indulgent desserts to choose from too, such as Sticky Toffee Pudding and Apple Butterscotch Cheesecake. 

Meanwhile, guests can enjoy expertly crafted cocktails from the bar, as well as an impressive wine list. 

One drink, Notes from Gordon, is a refreshing blend of Plymouth Dry Gin, green tea, lemongrass, peach and lemon.

It comes with a personal message from the world-famous chef himself.  

The first Hell’s Kitchen restaurant opened up in Las Vegas in 2018 and now spans across America and Europe. 

There are eight destinations including Lake Tahoe, Southern California, Atlantic City, Washington D.C., Connecticut, Miami and Ibiza, with London soon to join the list.

The new venue, the Cumberland Hotel, has a rich history of housing music legends including Adele and Amy Winehouse.

It boasts 900 bedrooms and caters to both leisure and corporate guests.

Pedro da Silva, General Manager at The Cumberland Hotel, says: ‘We are very proud to be the first venue to welcome Hell’s Kitchen to the UK. 

‘We look forward to offering hotel guests and visitors alike a taste of Gordon Ramsay’s iconic dishes, all within our hotel.’
