A huge UK theme park that attracts over 60,000 visitors a year has been put up for sale, along with its 36 rides.
Located in Tenby, south Wales, The Dinosaur Park has been a popular spot for dinosaur fans and families since it opened in 1994.
The theme park is filled with 90 of the prehistoric creatures roaming around the attractions and has plenty of rides for a range of ages.
Describing itself as ‘one of the most kid-friendly parks’, visitors can enjoy a guided walking safari and dinosaur trail, as well as the Dino’s Fun House and a T-Rex Golf Course.
It is often dubbed the real-life version of Jurassic Park and has an impressive 4.2 rating out of five on Trip Advisor with thousands of positive reviews.
However, after decades of roaring success, its owners have made the decision to sell the attraction through Christie and Co, The Sun reports.
The theme park has a hefty price tag of £3,999,950 and will continue operating as usual until a sale is completed.
It includes an activity house, takeaway restaurants and a café, a gift shop, reception area and an outdoor covered eating space.

Anyone interested in buying The Dinosaur Park could run it themselves, or hire a manager to oversee things.
Gabriela Williams, who is managing the sale from Christie & Co, said: ‘The Dinosaur Park is an outstanding visitor attraction, and this is a unique opportunity to own a very profitable, turn-key leisure business.
‘Over the past 30 years the owners have built, grown and developed the park to the successful attraction it is today, and there is still further scope and potential for it to be expanded even further.
‘We expect the park to appeal to a national buyer audience and are welcoming enquiries from prospective purchasers.’
It is listed with ‘scope for expansion’ and 120 acres of land is available to purchase separately, as well as a three-bedroom bungalow.
What’s more, The Dinosaur Park has rave reviews online with many praising it as a great spot for families.
‘Visited this Dinosaur Park on a Sunday excursion with the family and grandchildren,’ one person penned on Tripadvisor.

‘Entrance prices are reasonable and once inside all rides and other attractions are free of charge (apart from the virtual reality chairs).
‘There is a very well presented “walk through” the dinosaur woodland area with a tour guide explaining all about the various dinosaurs which the grand children found very exciting.’
Another added: ‘What a fabulous day! There is so much to do for all ages! Would definitely recommend a visit – we’ll definitely be back.
‘It is very hilly so wear comfortable footwear.’
