The five-star hotel suite that Taylor Swift retreated to every night during the London leg of her Eras tour looks set to get a starring role in her upcoming Disney+ docuseries.
Glimpses of the star, 35, enjoying the swish Manor House suite at Rosewood London, which has its own private entrance, lift and even postcode, can be seen in the trailer for The End Of An Era, one of Swift’s two docuseries which are set to air on December 12th.
The individual 185-square-metre suite, a the High Holborn property that is a stone’s throw from major London sights including Leicester Square and Covent Garden, starts from around £7,594 a night.
However, it’s thought the pop star, along with her fiance Travis Kelce, enjoyed a total takeover of the whole Manor House Wing, which has six connecting rooms.
The Disney+ trailer, which lasts 1 minute 40 seconds, was posted across the Shake it Off singer’s social media platforms this week and contrasts her high adrenaline on-stage moments playing Wembley Stadium with the quieter hours after her shows in the super luxe suite.
Taylor is seen still wearing her sequinned stage attire in the Manor House bathroom, a vision of streaked marble and mahogany wood, as she runs a post-concert bath for herself.
A collection of products by a variety of brands, including a Christophe Robin shampoo and conditioner, as well as a razor, perch on the marble bath’s side.
One of the star’s adorable cats, Benjamin Button, is also seen pawing the edge of the sizeable tub.
The Eras Tour was the singer’s sixth concert tour and began in March 2023 before concluding in December 2024
Rosewood London in London’s High Holborn became Taylor Swift’s home-from-home during her Eras tour dates at Wembley Stadium in June and August
A clip for the star’s upcoming docuseries The End Of An Era, released on Disney+ on December 12th, offered a glimpse of the star’s £7,594-a-night suite – the Manor House – at the plush London hotel
The show-stopping marble bathroom can be seen in the clip posted to Taylor’s social media platforms this week
In the footage, the star is heard discussing how hard it is to ‘come down’ after performing to 90,000 people, saying ‘I just watch tons of TV and I eat room service in bed’.
As she removes her makeup in the clip, she adds: ‘I sign a box of 2,000 cds and then I’m tired. And then we do the whole thing again.’
Perks for those who check into the suite include a dining table for eight, a library, pantry, butler service and a service entrance for housekeeping.
The star has previously stayed at another high-end London favourite, The Savoy, as well as in private residences around the city.
For her latest dates though, which took place in both June and August, it seems the Rosewood London’s location, in the heart of the capital but less than an hour’s drive from Wembley Stadium, sealed the deal.
The Eras Tour is currently the highest-grossing tour of all time and the first to pass $2 billion in revenue, with millions flocking to attend from all over the world.
Comprising of distinct ‘eras’ based on the singer’s ten studio albums, Swiftbroke an abundance of records with her three-hour-long, 40-song setlist.
And the dates saw Swift become the first ever person to be crowned a billionaire predominately from music, and the world’s richest female musician.
Benjamin Button, one of Swift’s cats, also made a cameo in the trailer, having a nose over the marble bath in the Manor House suite
A butler and separate entrance for housekeeping staff also features in the Manor House suite
The impressive spectacle pulled in more than four million fans flock to arenas around the world, with A-listers, political figures and even royals all competing to be the ‘biggest Swiftie’ out there.
Swift’s love affair with the UK is a long-standing one, and her stay wasn’t limited to just the capital.
Away from the limelight, the American pop star also made for the tranquil British countryside.
Ahead of the June dates, Swift rented out a £3.3milion bolthole near Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds – at £3,000-a-night – to ‘unwind’ with the countryside said to be her ‘happy place’.
The charming palatial Oxfordshire property is located close to a private airport, ideal for her £38million Dassault Falcon 900 private jet.
David and Victoria Beckham’s £12million mansion is nearby, while Jeremy Clarkson, Elizabeth Hurley and Kate Winslet have all been pulled in by the rolling hills to set up home among the stunning landscape.
And fans also speculated as to whether the singer had returned to the Lake District during the Eras London leg.
Swift first witnessed the natural beauty of the Windermere peaks in 2012 when she visited with then-boyfriend Harry Styles while celebrating her 23rd birthday.
She went on to eulogise the nature-filled region in the lyrics of her song ‘The Lakes’, which featured on her 2020 album Folklore.
She wrote: ‘Take me to the lakes where all the poets went to die. I don’t belong, and my beloved, neither do you. Those Windermere peaks look like a perfect place to cry. I’m setting off, but not without my muse.’
