The world’s best new luxury hotels have been revealed – and the top spot goes to a UK establishment.
The 15 global arrivals have been recognised as this year’s best, according to the ranking by LTI – Luxury Travel Intelligence.
This year’s world’s best new luxury hotel is The Chancery Rosewood, located in London’s affluent Mayfair.
Hotel brand Rosewood leads the way with three entries, including the winner.
The Chancery Rosewood is the only UK property on the list, and other features hotels are from countries including Mexico and France.

Rosewood has enjoyed a successful year, unveiling several impressive new properties around the world.
The Chancery is the most anticipated addition to the list, given its location, amenities and sheer opulence – and it has a huge pool and rooftop bar.
The all-suite property offers eight restaurants and bars and an expansive Asaya Spa – a destination in its own right.
It’s also housed within the former US embassy in London – the building operated as the headquarters of US diplomacy in London from 1960 until it relocated in 2017.
The Grade II-listed building is located on Grosvenor Square and is one of the most recognisable buildings in the area.
2. &Beyond Suyian Lodge
&Beyond Suyian Lodge provides total immersion in the surroundings
Suyian Lodge in Laikipia, Kenya offers the ultimate luxury hospitality experience for adventurers.
There are fourteen standalone, one-bedroom (and one two-bedroom) suites dotted discreetly across the enthralling landscape, each strategically located to capture the sunrise and maximise privacy.
