According to the UK House Price Index, as of November last year the average home in the UK sold for £270,300.
It’s no wonder, then, that so many buyers are turning to Europe instead to purchase property – where there are plenty of homes available for the price of a second-hand car.
Note, of course, that since Brexit UK residents can only spend 90 out of each 180 days on the continent now.
