Welcome to Varkala in Kerala, my favourite beach destination in all of India! Morning yoga in the clean white sand beach, playing in the huge waves of the clear blue water, bodyboarding, amazing sunset views from the cliffside, yoga schools, meditation, Ayurveda, shopping and a few absolutely amazing restaurants with Pina Coladas that might be just a tad too strong – you name it, Varkala has it. You will also see foreigners reacting to Indian food 😉
DISCLAIMER: This vlog was filmed during our Kerala roadtrip last December and January, well before the Coronavirus pandemic and following lockdowns and travel restrictions. I do not want to encourage people to travel in the current situation, but hope to share the beauty of India to inspire future adventures once they are safe again.
