The UK’s best value theme park is set to open all of its major rides over the Christmas period.
Drayton Manor, located in the Midlands, has a range of thrills – from water rides to roller coasters.
The park usually closes for the winter months but will be celebrating its 75th anniversary by running its biggest rides throughout December.
Visitors will be able to enjoy Drayton Manor’s festivities while also whizzing around on roller coasters like Gold Rush, The Wave and Maelstrom.
Accelerator, Air Race and the Bounty Pirate Ship, as well as many others, will be open.
The rides will be operating on weekends in December, Christmas week and Twixmas.
It will be the only theme park in the country to be running its major rides in the colder months, with many including Thorpe Park and Alton Towers winding down their services over winter.
Thrillseekers will also be treated to a new end-of-day show – Drayton Manor’s Christmas Miracle.

The spectacle takes place on the historic lake and features a 30-metre water screen, more than 65 choreographed water jets, dramatic fire effects, vibrant lighting and magical festive animations.
Managing Director, Victoria Lynn, said: ‘As we celebrate our 75th anniversary this year, we want Christmas at Drayton Manor to be bigger and better than ever before.
‘As the only UK theme park to operate its biggest rides throughout the festive season, plus our brand new “Christmas Miracle” end of day show, we’re proud to offer an epic day of exhilarating fun for all the family this December.’
Various festive attractions will be on offer in the park, too.
Guests might get to encounter cheerful elves around the resort who will be creating unforgettable moments for visitors this winter.
The cheeky characters will be engaging in snowball fights, marshmallow toasting and decorating cookies in Vikings Land for the first time.
Castle Grotto will be returning to the park again with Mrs Claus who will be proving an enchanting story-time experience.
Other Christmas activities will be available for children to get stuck into, including making reindeer food and Santa letter writing.

They will also be able to share a magical moment with Father Christmas himself.
Tickets are priced from £25 and include the festivities as well as access to exciting rides.
Victoria added: ‘We know that our guests love the thrills, spills, drops and dives of some of our biggest and boldest rides, and this year’s winter wonderland will offer even more exhilarating experiences for our most thrillseeking visitors, as well as magical festive moments that the whole family can enjoy.’
Drayton Manor will be open on selected dates between November 22 and December 31.
