* The automatic check-in machine was difficult to use.
* Many people ended up calling staff, resulting in manual check-in.
* When you request a receipt, you will be given a small handwritten card that seems to say goodbye to digitization.
* The rooms, toilets and shower rooms in the hotel are very well cleaned.
* The capsule numbers on the floor in the guest room area were bald in places.
* The lounge was so quiet and relaxing.
* Someone had set the alarm at 4:00 am and I was woken up.
