Palawan is the crown jewel of the Philippines and El Nido is arguably the most impressive spot in Palawan. With it’s dramatic, enormous limestone cliffs, unbelievable lagoons, and pristine beaches it truly is paradise on earth. What makes El Nido even more appealing is that it can be done on a very tight budget for a backpacker or you can enjoy luxury hotels. Either way, the island-hopping tours, the key feature of an El Nido experience, are 500-1000 Php per day no matter what your budget is. The town itself of El Nido has a simple charm with reggae bars, beach restaurants, and a low-key atmosphere.
This is the first time we have been in El Nido Palawan.
TIPID TRAVEL TIPS:
1. Make your own Itinerary.
2. Book your Roundtrip Airfare and hotels ahead of time so you can save a lot of money.
3. Most of the hotel in El Nido have tour packages ( A,B,C,D). You can ask them through call.
4. I highly recommend Dolce Vita Hotel because there facilities are so clean and cozy. I got it at 50% discount on Agoda Website. They also offered complimentary Van Transfer (PPS Airport to Hotel).
