Since setting up his landscape business in 1996, Adam Frost, above, has designed gardens around the world and won seven gold medals at the Chelsea Flower Show. Adam is a popular presenter on BBC’s Gardeners’ World, an RHS ambassador for education, and the founder of the Adam Frost Garden School in Lincolnshire. He has also written two books, Real Gardens and How To Create Your Garden.
