I am in such a better place now with my mental health (the best it’s ever been actually 🥹) This video took me a while to bring myself to edit. I started off wanting to document it all and then decided to stop. To REALLY disconnect. *I went to Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Krabi and Ko Tao before flying to Bali. But this is what I managed to capture during my first week. And a couple things I learned. And how i started to heal.
