Inside the most expensive motorhome in the world that’s worth a staggering $2.5 MILLION

When it comes to life on the road, it doesn’t get more luxurious than this.

Real estate YouTube creator and actor Erik Van Conover gained access to the world’s most expensive motorhome, which boasts a spread of lavish features and a $2.5 million price tag to boot.

In a short film, Erik gives a comprehensive tour of the stylish home on wheels, which he says is bigger than some New York apartments he has toured.

He explains that each LOKI Coach Prevost Motorhome is custom-built to meet the owner’s requirements.

Touching on who the company’s clientele are, he says they are ‘A-list artists, the top of the top in the music industry, Formula 1 racers or high level entrepreneurs.

‘The motorhome is one of the luxury assets classes that has been kind of been left back in time, I would say, compared to a jet airliner or a yacht.’

The property expert starts off in the motorhome’s cockpit, where he reveals that the white leather seats are worth $20,000 each alone.

He then shows off a Garmin touch screen pad, which can be used to control the lights and heating throughout the motorhome.

In total, there are 10 Garmin control pads dotted around the particular RV Eric tours.

In the main body of the vehicle, he finds a spacious living room area with a 65-inch TV which drops down behind the cockpit area.

There are two couches, with one which folds out into a bed, and a dining area with a retractable table.

Moving to the kitchen area, Eric finds an array of nifty features including an induction cooktop, stainless steel microwave and drawer dishwasher.

As he opens the drawers, he explains that all of the cabinetry is electromagnetic so all of the cupboards and drawers ‘automatically stay closed when you’re on the road.’

Back in the bedroom, a king-sized bed, a 50 inch retractable TV and two closets are among the plush features

Off the kitchen area, there is one of two bathrooms and from there, there is a master bedroom with an ensuite at the very back.

Eric seems shocked by the swanky ensuite, and he says it has the ‘type of finishes that I would see in like a $40 million Los Angeles mega mansion.’

Some of the fixtures and fittings he highlights include a bench inside the shower, LED bar lighting and discreet ‘linear drains.’

In total, the abode can sleep four people, with two on the sleeper couch and two in the bedroom.

In terms of the aesthetic, a clean white color scheme runs throughout the motorhome with light wood detailing adding to the light and airy feel.

Concluding his tour, Eric muses: ‘All in all, this is one if not the most impressive pieces of machinery [and] craftsmanship that I’ve ever toured’

Making the motorhome feel even roomier, it can extend by two feet on each side when it is stationary thanks to sliding sides.

Touching on some of the vehicle’s technicalities, Eric says it is kitted out with two ‘massive’ lithium batteries which could keep it running for a week and there are solar panels on the roof.

Moving outside, there is an outdoor kitchen which is located in the motorhome’s underbelly, and there is another flatscreen TV so you can create an open air movie theater.

In hot weather, awnings extend from the roof to provide shade.
