In this video we drive from Los Angeles to Mammoth and June Lake, California. The drive from LA to Mammoth is about six hours long and this video will show you what the drive is like and give you some useful tips along the way. This guide will help you find places to eat, where to get gas and supplies, and where to take rests and bathroom breaks. We take you through all of the smaller cities along the way on the 14 freeway and the 395 highway.
The drive from LA to Mammoth/June Lake starts on the 405 freeway, then to the 5 freeway, onward to the 14 freeway, and finally to the 405 highway. Along the way we go through Mojave, Lone Pine, Independence, Big Pine, and Bishop. In Bishop we stop at the famous Schat’s Bakery for some delicious baked goods.
