Lecce – Salento Region – [Things to do in Lecce] Puglia – Travel Guide

Lecce is the provincial capital of Puglia in the southern region of Salento. There are loads of things to do in Lecce, it’s full of baroque and roman architecture and an excellent walking city. Often referred to as the Florence of the south, Lecce epitomises everything so beautiful about this region. The old town at night has a party vibe. The whole of Lecce seems to descend on the old town. Walking around the alleyway streets in the golden yellow lighting with stunning buildings and historical sights at every turn make it a joy to explore. We stayed for two days. If you can’t, then make sure you are here at night to experience the best of Lecce.
