On the 3 hour drive from Hanoi to Mai Chau in Vietnam our driver stopped at a roadside ‘diner’ – a shack on the side of the road. Here we experienced Vietnam locals at their welcoming, hospitable best – sharing their homemade liquor and homegrown tobacco, oh, and their food!
Mai Chau… Awesome!
