Paris 2024 will be the first Paralympic Games in history to offer guests an elevated hospitality programme as the French capital prepares to play host for the first time ever

Paris will host the Paralympics for the first time in the competition’s historyThere are now fewer than 300 days until the Olympic opening ceremony in Paris

The 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris will be the first in history to offer an elevated hospitality programme next summer.

Paris is lying in wait to host the Olympic and Paralympic games in 2024, a full century after the Olympics as last hosted in the iconic French capital – although it will be a debut Paralympic festival of sport this time around.

After waiting 100 years, Paris 2024 has partnered up with an hospitality provider, On Location, who have devised packages to accompany seven sports next summer, with sales open as of October 11.

These include wheelchair basketball, Para athletics, Para judo, Para swimming, wheelchair rugby, wheelchair tennis, and Para cycling track—as well as for the opening and closing Ceremonies.

The opening ceremony is set to be the first in Paralympic history not to take place inside the confines of a stadium.

The elaborate opening ceremony is set to take place on the Champs Élysées and Place de la Concorde

Instead, it will take place in on the Champs Élysées and Place de la Concorde in the heart of the city, with a special Garden Party Hospitality Experience in the Tuileries Garden on offer, as well as premium views of the traditional athletes’ parade.

On Location and IMG Events president Paul Caine said: ‘As the official Hospitality provider for the Paralympic Games Paris 2024, our mission is to shape unforgettable moments that celebrate diversity and forge treasured connections.

‘The values of the Paralympic Games—courage, inclusion and determination—resonate deeply with our approach.

‘We are honoured to contribute to this exceptional event by offering hospitality packages that reflect these core principles, and create remarkable experiences for all of our guests.’

There are three different packages available for fans; guaranteed seats at the heart of the action through the Lounge Package, Fan Kit packages and Travel packages.

Shared Lounge packages grant fans with category A ticket holders the chance to choose their preferred sporting session with priority entry.

Hospitality packages will offer fans views of and access to arenas such as Roland-Garros stadium (wheelchair tennis), the Stade de France (Para athletics), or the Champ-de-Mars Arena (wheelchair rugby).

There will also be a variety of immersive and interactive activities in shared lounges, as well as dedicated staff to guide spectators to their reception area, where guests can enjoy a food and beverage service.

Fans looking to visit Paris for the Paralympics can choose from three different hospitality packages for seven events

Fan Kit package customers will be granted access to pre-event activities inside sporting venues before receiving a takeaway bag with souvenirs and memorabilia.

These packages also come with priority entry to venues, as well as a snack and drink during their chosen event.

The Travel Kit package is designed for guests looking to spend between one and four days in Paris, and duly offer tickets to a range of events as well as accommodation at three and four star level.

As such, prices for this package are somewhat dearer, starting at £671, with guests able to book both their stay and their events in one location.

Packages through On Location, the official and exclusive Hospitality provider for the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024, are available HERE.
