A-lister hangout Soho House is the place to be if you want to hobnob with the upper echelons of society – and the chic club has announced the launch of its latest property.
Soho River House, set on the Thames near the historic town of Windsor, is set to open its doors in 2027.
It will be home to multiple food and drink options, bedrooms and a 25-metre pool, as well as a range of activities and spaces designed for unwinding.
Soho River House is the group’s take on a classic country club, and will offer sunloungers with river views on the Lazy Lawn and the first Soho House Racquet and Rowing Club.
This will feature tennis, padel and pickleball courts, as well as dry boat storage, a dedicated staging area and direct river access via a launching ramp.
In terms of dining, there are plenty of options.

You will be able to enjoy grill dishes in the main House, dine at the riverside restaurant and stay up late with drinks in the Vinyl Bar.
There will also be a Soho Health Club with a gym, advanced wellness technologies, and Lazy River – a dedicated outdoor space with onsens and cold plunges.
Artist renderings demonstrate the classic style and swish outdoor amenities, from the pool to the sports courts.
Just 45 minutes from London, the property is right in the heart of royal territory.
It would take only 12 minutes to drive from the property to Windsor Castle.
Applications for Soho River House will open next year, before the launch.

To apply, you will need to submit an online application and be approved by a committee to join.
While exact price breakdowns for this House have not been released yet, annual fees can reach up to £4,500 for the highest tier for Soho House memberships.
This includes access to 48 houses in 19 countries, discounted rates on Soho House bedrooms, Health Club benefits and access to events.
