The inner isles
While the islands of the South Pacific are rightfully known for their beaches and turquoise waters, there’s plenty of adventure inland as well. ATVs and quad bikes allow visitors to explore the mountainous inner isles. Eight summits tower above Moorea, an island popular with adventure travelers for its hiking, horseback riding and four-wheeling opportunities.
