☆ WHEN TO VISIT ☆
1. Spring – flowers in the city, plants are coming back to life, starting to have warmer weather, days are getting longer
2. Summer – long days, best chance of a sunny day, thriving plants, everyone is outside enjoying the weather
3. Fall – cooler weather, fall foliage (peak fall colors around the end of October)
4. Winter – grey and wet, low chance of seeing the sun, snow in the surrounding mountains
☆ TIPS ON GETTING HERE ☆
1. To see Mt. Rainier from the plane (if clear enough):
If flying north into Seattle, sit on the starboard side.
If flying south out of Seattle, sit on the port side.
This is based on flying to/from California.
2. If the winds are going south, then you’ll fly over downtown Seattle before landing. So look outside for a beautiful view!
3. If you’re driving here, you’ll get a beautiful of the city, no matter which direction you’re coming from.
4. To get to the city from the airport: Link Light Rail, app-based rideshare, car rental, Gig car share
