Travel hacks for an overnight flight to France. Overnight flights can be grueling, especially if you don’t come prepared. Trust me, I’ve had my fair share of horrendous international flights. But after 6 years of learning through trial and error (and making tons of mistakes), I like to think I’ve mastered (at least certain aspects) of the overnight flight.
And now, I’m happy to share what I’ve learned from international travel with you. Seriously, if you can avoid even a few of the mistakes that I’ve made in the past, your overnight flight to France will go A LOT smoother.

And while I explain how to get through overnight flights (some would even say how to survive overnight flights) from my personal experience, there are also a few tips sprinkled in that I have yet to do myself–essentially regarding COVID restrictions.
