Today we travel to Malta 2021. From entry requirements to picking up our hire car, I share my first impressions of arriving on this beautiful island. We are staying in the capital of Malta, Valletta, a city with a rich history which you’ll find out more about in this series! The hotel we stay at, The Embassy Valletta has a beautiful rooftop to relax with incredible views, before grabbing some lunch at the famous Cafe Cordina and watching the Euro 2021 final at The Ordinance Pub.
