We’ve left the Lofoten islands, and have taken a new route south. Over the past 5 years, we’ve driven up the centre of Norway, taken the train up and down the entire length of Norway, and flown the entire length so it was now time to try ANOTHER new route!

The coastal route south of Bodø is full of breathtaking scenery and a tonne of ferries. Which is why we picked up a ferry card to literally cut our costs in half; it has been an amazing little card for us being a LWB Sprinter van. It’s called an Autopass ferje card and is a prepayment card for your vehicle registered on the card and the person driving it. Highly recommend for anyone catching a number of ferries in Norway.
