After months of travel restrictions and international flights being suspended, many places around the world remain off-limits however, UAE citizens and residents are now permitted to travel abroad again. But please I suggest you review the current rules for any destination that you might be planning a visit to. Also you should also be aware of the new regulations before, during and after travel.
What do you need to know before going to Zanzibar?
✔️No need for PCR test when leaving the UAE
✔️Upon arrival at the Zanzibar airport you only need a temperature check
✔️Fill-up forms (bring pen with you as you need to fill-up 3 forms)
✔️Single-entry tourist visa on arrival: US$50 per person (if you’re wondering if we have to pay for Anderssen – yes we have to!)
✔️Make sure you carry cash – although hotels do accept card payment
