My job as a sports presenter entails traveling all around the world to cover sporting events. Despite the traveling and the fitness-related constraints that that brings about, I am able to stay in elite shape all year around.

While it wasn’t easy to balance travel and fitness during my initial few weeks as a sports presenter, I soon devised effective workout as well as nutrition hacks and strategies that I continue to use that allow me to stay in pristine shape even while following a lifestyle that entails year-round travel.
