COMBATTING DRYNESS – ABISHEK FROM AIR INDIA

Abishek from Air India reveals how water bottles with holes in them can help combat dryness

Abishek from Air India shares with Nicky a top tip to avoid feeling dry while in the air – put a water bottle with small holes in the cap next to you while sleeping.

He reveals: ‘I used to get nosebleeds after sleeping for a couple of hours. But someone taught me to use a bottle with holes in the cap. I fill it with water and keep it right next to me while I’m sleeping. So that even during turbulence it doesn’t spill out.’
